Anxiety is a monster.
If you have experienced it. You know.
Anxiety is the dormant pandemic that has been affecting our lives for a long time.
Most people don't see it or don't want to see it, because an anxiety episode that never happened again in the course of few months won't change you or your beliefs. It strikes you when it happens more than once.
You are out of breath, fixated on the thought that something is wrong with you, but you can’t quite figure out what it is. That uncertainty, that anticipation of impending danger is why you have become an anxious freak with time.
The journey through anxiety is like living and surviving from one anxiety attack to the next one.
There may be certain triggers, but most of the time you won’t see it coming.
Controlling anxiety will feel like a shift and most of the time you will see, that you have to change your habits, your thought processes, your entire being to get close to controlling and ultimately eradicating it. It is a time taking process which will suck the life out of you but will make you a better human being in the long run.
Try to be more aware, and identify the process behind it.
Once you do that, you will be able to start controlling it.
